They take care of our pre-employment needs, post-accident testing, DOT testing and physicals, random testing, compliance issues, and so forth—and they do it for almost 1,000 employees scattered across 6 states. Having one company that is able to meet all of our needs has made my job much easier, and I know that should I have a problem I can contact someone 24 hours per day/7 days per week.
